I was so excited to photograph Shaelins senior portraits at the Dallas Arboretum. The arboretum makes for an excellent location with their beautiful lawn areas, crepe myrtle ally, ponds, water features, and fun nooks and crannies to explore. But, on top of a beautiful location, I have a beautiful neice. And no, I’m not biased! She is absolutely stunning inside and out. Witty, incredibly intelligent, kind hearted. This year Shaelin will be graduating from high school and going on to whatever higher education is lucky for her to choose. I heard thru the grapevine she has multiple schools who have accepted her. 🙂 However, I believe she has her heart set on furthering her education in Lawrence, Kansas at the University of Kansas! Shaelin plays volleyball (and has a mean serve from what I hear) and basketball at her local high school, as well as maintaining an excellent GPA.
Shaelin, you were our family’s very first princess, my first muse with a camera. I can’t believe you are graduating from high school! You will go on to do great things, no matter what road you follow. I absolutely could not be more proud of you. Have a wonderful year, sweetie!
